At Thy Kingdom Come Supply Co., every item is made specially for you through a print-on-demand fulfillment process.

We do not keep inventory in bulk. Each product is created individually when your order is placed. This allows us to operate responsibly, reduce waste, and keep our focus on spreading the Gospel through apparel that sparks conversations about Jesus.

Because of this made-to-order process, please carefully read the information below regarding returns and refunds.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide the correct return address, which depends on the facility that fulfilled your order.

All approved returns should be labeled:
“Thy Kingdom Come Supply Co. — Returns”

Where Returns Are Sent

Our printing and fulfillment partner ships orders from multiple facilities worldwide.

For this reason, the return address depends on the specific item and where it was produced.

To ensure your return is handled correctly, do not mail items back until we provide the proper return address for your order.

Print-on-Demand Policy (Please Read Before Ordering)

Because each item is custom-made at the time of purchase:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference-based returns

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

This policy helps us avoid producing unnecessary waste and allows us to continue offering apparel that points people back to Jesus.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will file a claim with our fulfillment partner and either:

  • Issue a replacement at no cost to you, or
  • Provide return instructions if we require the item back

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in cases of manufacturing error.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a production defect
  • You received the wrong product
  • The provider confirms an error on their part

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us so we can track the shipment and file a claim if needed.
